The Racial and Ethnic Approaches to Community Health (REACH) project, initiated by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

REACH focuses on a wide range of health issues among African American, American Indian, Alaska Native, Asian American, Hispanic/Latino, and Pacific Islander populations.

The main goal is to create healthier communities by promoting health equity through local programs, culturally tailored interventions, and community-driven approaches. This involves addressing chronic diseases, improving healthcare services, increasing access to health resources, and fostering environments that support healthy behaviors.
