About the Chef: Danielle Smiley, RDN, LDN, CD-N

screenshot 2023 08 07 at 10.15.32 amDanielle Smiley, RDN, LDN, CD-N is the founder, owner, and Principal Consultant of NutriDS, LLC.  Her mission is to inspire and empower women to live life by their design.  With over 15 years’ experience in public health, 10 of which was spent at the City of Hartford, Danielle’s work has impacted thousands by lowering prematurity, low birth rates and increasing the rates of breastfeeding by way of education and advocacy. In her private practice as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, she partners with individuals, community groups, and organizations to center women as they prepare their minds and bodies for their “next” by prioritizing themselves to improve their health. At the core of Danielle’s work is her belief that our mindset, moving our bodies joyfully and individually customized approaches to eating well can sustainably improve our health and meet our individual goals.  Everyone deserves qualified and enthusiastic care.
